Is there a free version?

Yes — local automation is free. Download the app, connect your own broker, and run strategies on your own device, including live real-money trading, with no plan. A paid plan adds cloud automation: we run your trading node 24/7 so it keeps going with your device off.

What is included in each plan?

The app, the strategy catalog, and browser monitoring are free, and local automation runs on your device (1 portfolio, up to 3 strategies). Plans control cloud automation: how many cloud portfolios run 24/7, how many cloud strategies, and which strategy types are available in the cloud.

What is your refund policy?

Cloud plans are billed monthly and cancel at the end of the current period — refunds for partial months are not issued by default. If a billing error occurs or a paid feature is unavailable due to a defect on our side, contact support@farious.tech and we will review the charge case by case.

How do I upgrade or change plans?

Open Subscription inside the workspace and pick a different cloud plan. Upgrades take effect on the next billing cycle; you keep your current plan's cloud limits until that boundary. Downgrades apply at the next renewal date so you do not lose paid time you have already covered.
