Your account is free. Backtests are paid with credits without a subscription; cloud automation requires a plan.
How do the strategy types differ?
Constant mix maintains asset weights. Synthetic bonds combine assets and futures.
What is your refund policy?
Cloud plans are billed monthly; cancellation stops the next charge and access remains until the end of the paid period. On request we end the service early and refund the unused days less actual costs - write to support@farious.tech. Billing errors and features unavailable through our fault are handled the same way.
How do I upgrade or change plans?
Open Subscription inside the workspace and pick a different cloud plan. Upgrades take effect on the next billing cycle; you keep your current plan's cloud limits until that boundary. Downgrades apply at the next renewal date so you do not lose paid time you have already covered.
